Sentinel All-Weather Hardshell Jacket

We build this style in Advanced 3-Layer Ripstop Nylon with DWR and Waterproof/Breathable Membrane. Translated out of spec-sheet language: the ripstop grid stops a snag turning into a tear, which is what keeps it alive around thorns and brush. Alongside that, the laminated membrane keeps rain out while still letting body vapour escape, so you are not soaked from the inside instead, and the DWR finish makes light rain and wet brush bead and roll off rather than soak in and add weight. This fabric class is held in stock, so a 30-piece run does not have to clear a mill minimum first.

The build details on this style each earn their place. It carries waterproof and breathable 3-layer ripstop construction, fully adjustable, helmet-compatible hood and two large zippered chest pockets for easy access. Also built in: two zippered hand warmer pockets, full-length YKK® main zipper with internal storm flap, articulated sleeves for enhanced range of motion and adjustable hook-and-loop cuffs. Any one of these can be changed, removed or upgraded on your own version — the sample stage exists exactly for that.

Every hunting jacket leaving our floor carries your label, never ours. Your colours, your camo, your woven and printed labels, your hang tag and your bag come as part of the order, not as extras. On this particular style the parts buyers most often change are zipper tape and pull colour, plus reverse-coil or storm-flap variants, hood shape and drawcord hardware, or deleting the hood entirely, pocket count, depth and position — chest pockets often move to clear a pack strap or gun mount and cuff finish: hook-and-loop tabs, elastic or ribbed knit. We can also work backwards from a garment you already sell, keeping the fit and changing only what you want changed.

Minimum on this style is 30 pieces per colourway. The standard run is S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, and grading shifts to match your market — US, EU and UK charts are not the same and we build to wherever you sell. Allow 28-35 days for production after sample approval. Olive Drab is what we hold; your own Pantone references can be matched at bulk quantities.
