We build this style in 100% Polyester Microfleece, 280gsm. Translated out of spec-sheet language: the microfleece holds warmth at very low bulk, which is exactly what a mid-layer needs to do. Alongside that, the brushed fleece face traps warm air against the body and stays quiet on the move, and polyester holds colour through repeated washing, dries fast and resists stretching out of shape. 280gsm is the sweet spot for a layer worn on its own in autumn and under a shell in winter. This fabric class is held in stock, so a 30-piece run does not have to clear a mill minimum first.

It carries high-visibility orange sleeves for enhanced safety, premium 100% polyester microfleece fabric and quarter-zip closure for adjustable ventilation. Also built in: stand-up collar for added neck warmth, contrast piping details on collar, zipper, and hem, lightweight yet effective thermal insulation and excellent breathability and moisture-wicking properties. Any one of these can be changed, removed or upgraded on your own version — the sample stage exists exactly for that.

Minimum on this style is 30 pieces per colourway. The standard run is S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, and grading shifts to match your market — US, EU and UK charts are not the same and we build to wherever you sell. Allow 28-35 days for production after sample approval. Dark Olive/High-Visibility Orange is what we hold; your own Pantone references can be matched at bulk quantities.
