The base cloth here is Smooth-face technical fleece with stretch mesh panels, 280gsm. What that actually does: the brushed fleece face traps warm air against the body and stays quiet on the move. Alongside that, the mesh panels sit where heat actually builds, so air moves through during exertion instead of sweat pooling, and the elastane content lets the garment move with a draw, a climb or a long walk instead of fighting it. At 280gsm it is a true mid-heavyweight — warm for cold mornings without bulking up under a shell. Because we stock this cloth, small first orders start immediately instead of waiting on a fabric minimum.

Where this style differs from a generic blank is in the detailing. It carries full-zip front with chin guard, high stand-up collar for neck protection and ergonomic design with contrast flatlock stitching. On top of that, zippered chest pocket for secure storage, two zippered hand pockets, integrated thumbholes on cuffs and stretch mesh underarm and side panels for enhanced breathability. None of this is fixed; the sample round is where you add, delete or move any of it.

This style is manufactured private label only — your brand on every piece. Branding is included rather than charged separately — woven label, care label, hang tag and packaging. Style-specific things you can alter here: zipper tape and pull colour, plus reverse-coil or storm-flap variants, pocket count, depth and position — chest pockets often move to clear a pack strap or gun mount, cuff finish: hook-and-loop tabs, elastic or ribbed knit and the size and placement of the ventilation panels.
