The base cloth here is 100% Polyester Performance Knit, 250 GSM, Moisture-Wicking. What that actually does: the wicking finish pulls sweat off the skin and spreads it so it evaporates faster. Alongside that, polyester holds colour through repeated washing, dries fast and resists stretching out of shape. At 250gsm it is a true mid-heavyweight — warm for cold mornings without bulking up under a shell. Because we stock this cloth, small first orders start immediately instead of waiting on a fabric minimum.

The build details on this style each earn their place. It carries full-zip jacket with stand-up collar, ribbed cuffs and hem on jacket for a secure fit and two open hand pockets on jacket with contrast piping. On top of that, elastic waistband on pants for adjustable comfort, tapered leg design with contrast side stripes on pants, contrast stripe detailing on jacket sleeves and moisture-wicking and breathable fabric. None of this is fixed; the sample round is where you add, delete or move any of it.

This style is manufactured private label only — your brand on every piece. Branding is included rather than charged separately — woven label, care label, hang tag and packaging. Style-specific things you can alter here: zipper tape and pull colour, plus reverse-coil or storm-flap variants, pocket count, depth and position — chest pockets often move to clear a pack strap or gun mount, cuff finish: hook-and-loop tabs, elastic or ribbed knit and collar height and style, including contrast tipping. You can order this style from 30 pieces per colour. Sizes run S-3XL..... as standard; we regrade for US, EU or UK sizing depending on your customer.
