We build this style in 100% Polyester Wind-Resistant Shell. Translated out of spec-sheet language: wind resistance preserves more real warmth in cold weather than extra insulation weight ever does. Alongside that, polyester holds colour through repeated washing, dries fast and resists stretching out of shape. This fabric class is held in stock, so a 30-piece run does not have to clear a mill minimum first.

The build details on this style each earn their place. It carries lightweight and breathable design for active wear, wind-resistant outer shell provides protection from elements and full-zip jacket with a comfortable stand-up collar. Also built in: contrasting dark grey shoulder panels for a modern look, reflective orange chest stripes for enhanced visibility, elasticated cuffs and hem on jacket for a secure fit and elasticated waist on pants ensures comfort and adjustability. Any one of these can be changed, removed or upgraded on your own version — the sample stage exists exactly for that.

Every tracksuits leaving our floor carries your label, never ours. Your colours, your camo, your woven and printed labels, your hang tag and your bag come as part of the order, not as extras. On this particular style the parts buyers most often change are zipper tape and pull colour, plus reverse-coil or storm-flap variants, cuff finish: hook-and-loop tabs, elastic or ribbed knit, shoulder-pad material and whether it is right-hand, left-hand or both and collar height and style, including contrast tipping. We can also work backwards from a garment you already sell, keeping the fit and changing only what you want changed.

Minimum on this style is 30 pieces per colourway. The standard run is S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL...., and grading shifts to match your market — US, EU and UK charts are not the same and we build to wherever you sell. Allow 28-35 days for production after sample approval. Black with Dark Grey & Orange Accents is what we hold; your own Pantone references can be matched at bulk quantities.
