Brand identity, stitched
not printed.
For hunting brands, an embroidered logo isn't decoration — it's proof of premium. Heat-pressed transfers fade. Screen prints crack. Embroidery survives 50+ wash cycles, harsh weather, and a season in the field looking exactly as it did on day one.
Our embroidery unit runs Japanese 6-head Tajima TFMX-IIC machines — the same hardware used by Patagonia, Filson and Sitka Gear. Combined with in-house digitising software, we can take your logo from a JPEG to a stitch file in under 2 hours and embroider 1,000 jackets in a single run.
From simple chest logos to complex multi-colour patches, sleeve callouts, custom embroidered camouflage details — everything happens under one roof. No outsourcing. No surprises. No delays.
Machines that perform
at scale.

Brother PR-1050X
Single-head 10-needle machine for sampling, prototypes, and small-run patch production. Tablet-controlled with live preview.
Wilcom Digitising Suite
Industry-standard embroidery digitising software for converting logos into optimised stitch files with auto-pull compensation.

Full range of embroidery hoops from 4cm round (small logos) to 30×30cm (large back panels). Includes magnetic and cap-frame hoops.
Thread Library
Madeira Polyneon and Coats Sylko polyester threads in 200+ Pantone-matched colours. UV-resistant for outdoor apparel use.
Backing & Stabilisers
Tear-away, cut-away, water-soluble and self-adhesive stabilisers for every fabric type — from lightweight ripstop to heavy canvas.
From artwork
to embroidered garment.
Artwork Receipt
Buyer sends logo, patch design, or sketch — any format accepted (AI, EPS, PNG, JPG, even hand-drawn). Design team reviews for embroidery feasibility.
Digitising
Artwork converted to a stitch file in Wilcom — every line and fill assigned a stitch type (satin, fill, run), direction, density and pull-compensation values.
Sample Stitch-Out
First test embroidery on actual garment fabric. Stitch density adjusted, colours verified against Pantone references. Sample photographed and approved by buyer.
Hooping & Setup
Garments hooped on Tajima machines with appropriate stabiliser backing. Thread spools loaded according to colour sequence. Machine programmed with the stitch file.
Production Embroidery
6 garments embroidered simultaneously per Tajima cycle. Operators monitor thread breaks, needle wear, and bobbin levels. Speed: 800 stitches per minute per head.
Trim & Inspect
Jump stitches and thread tails trimmed. Each embroidered garment inspected for missed stitches, alignment, and colour consistency before moving to next station.
Embroidery capabilities.
In-house = control.
No Outsourcing
When embroidery is sent to a third party, you add 5–7 days, lose colour accuracy, and risk damaged garments in transit. Our unit removes all three risks.
Design Freedom
Custom logo placements, sleeve callouts, back panels, hood embroidery — anything you can design, we can stitch. No templated artwork restrictions.
Premium Finish
UV-stable threads, tight stitch density, clean trimming. The kind of finish that signals "premium brand" the moment a buyer holds the garment.
