Hunting apparel manufacturer
for USA brands
Blaze orange, custom camo and technical hunting gear — manufactured under your brand in Sialkot and delivered DDP to your door anywhere in the US. MOQ from just 30 pieces.
Your brand. Our factory.
Built for the United States.
We maintain a US office (525 Randall Ave, Cheyenne, WY) alongside our Sialkot factory — US-friendly communication and paperwork, factory-direct pricing.
Send your own camouflage pattern and we apply it across the full line — all-over sublimation or custom-printed fabric (CMT). Your pattern stays protected under NDA.
MOQ of 30 pieces per style lets US brands test a new line without warehouse risk, then scale production once it sells.

What US brands have to
get right
Most states mandate a minimum area of visible hunter orange during firearms seasons, and the figure, the "visible from all directions" wording and whether orange camo counts all vary state to state. Tell us the coverage number you need and we build to it — we document the actual blaze area on the finished garment so you have it on file.
Textiles imported into the US must carry country-of-origin identification, and the rules on placement and permanence are specific. We apply "Made in Pakistan" on the same woven or printed label as your brand mark so it cannot be separated from the garment.
US size expectations sit noticeably fuller than European grading at the same nominal label. We grade to a US chart when you sell in the US, and we ship the finished-garment measurement chart with every order so your size guide matches what customers actually receive.
Your customer buys in August.
You order in spring.
The US hunting year has a hard shape, and stock that arrives after the buying window either sells at a discount or waits a year.
Archery opens first, firearm deer seasons carry the volume through autumn, late and muzzleloader seasons run into winter, and spring turkey follows. A range built for one of those windows misses the other three, and the firearm window is where most of the money is.
Hunters buy in the weeks before opening day, not during the season. Your warehouse needs stock by late summer, not by the date the season starts.
From the date stock must be on your shelf, subtract shipping, then 28 to 35 days of bulk production from sample approval, then 7 to 10 working days per sampling round with one revision budgeted. For September shelves that puts development in spring.
What US retail expects
on the garment
Selling direct and selling into retail are different manufacturing briefs, and the difference is mostly in packing and labelling rather than in the garment itself.
Big-box outdoor retail generally expects individual polybags, a barcode that scans, hangtags attached in a stated position, and cartons marked to their standard. Ask your buyer for their vendor guide before you brief us — building it in is far cheaper than repacking a container.
Selling from your own site frees you from a vendor guide but puts returns on you. That moves the priority to fit and to a size chart a customer can actually use, because every return is your cost rather than the retailer.
Decide early. The packing specification, the barcode allocation and often the size run are settled at tech-pack stage rather than adjusted afterwards.
