OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) is the full-service partnership. You bring the brand, the design vision and the target price. We bring everything else — fabric sourcing, tech pack development, pattern engineering, sampling, bulk production, private-label packing and worldwide export.
This is the service most of our buyers choose. For 80% of new clients, OEM is the right answer — because it removes the operational complexity of running an apparel supply chain, lets you focus on brand-building and selling, and gives you a single point of accountability for everything that happens between the sketch and the warehouse.

Tech Pack Build
Full tech pack with dimensions, stitch types, fabric specs, trim list and construction details — built from your sketch.
Fabric Sourcing
We source from our 15-year supplier network — premium mills in Pakistan, China, Taiwan, Korea. You don't manage suppliers.
Pattern Development
CAD pattern made from your tech pack, graded across the full size run (XS–4XL) and adjusted to maintain fit integrity.
Sampling
Pre-production sample developed with your fabric and branding. 7–10 working days. Two free revision rounds included.
Trim & Hardware
YKK zippers, brass hardware, woven labels, hang tags — sourced, ordered and applied. You don't track trim suppliers.
Sublimation / Print
Custom camo prints, all-over patterns and brand artwork printed in-house. No external print partners.
Embroidery
In-house multi-head embroidery for logos, patches, brand placement. Digitising included free.
Bulk Manufacturing
Four dedicated sewing lines run your bulk. 22–35 working days from sample sign-off to shipment.
3-Stage QC
AQL 2.5 inspection at fabric, in-process and final stages. PDF inspection reports with photographs.
Private Label Pack
Woven labels, hang tags, poly bags, master cartons — all carry your brand. Retail-ready out of the carton.
Export Docs
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, EUR.1 — all prepared. Customs-ready.
Worldwide Shipping
FOB Sambrial for sea freight, or door-to-door DDP via DHL / FedEx. We arrange the freight.
