Low MOQ hunting apparel
manufacturer — from 30 pieces

Most factories want 50 to 300 pieces before they will cut a single garment. We start at 30 per style, under your own brand, with the fabric already in stock. Test a design in the real market before you commit real money.

How It Is Possible

Why we can run 30
when most cannot

We hold the fabric

Common technical fabrics — ripstop, Oxford, softshell, fleece, performance knits — are kept in stock. Your order does not have to clear a mill's minimum before cutting can begin, which is the single biggest reason other factories quote high minimums.

Cutting is batched, not dedicated

Our cutting room groups several small orders into one lay instead of tying up a full line for one customer. A 30-piece run slots into the schedule rather than blocking it.

Trims come from our own stock

Woven labels, printed care labels, hang tags and polybags are bought in bulk for our own production. You get access to them at 30 pieces without hunting for a label supplier who will take a tiny order.

The Honest Trade-off

What small runs cost you

Small orders cost more per piece — pattern making, sampling and line setup are fixed costs spread across fewer garments. We would rather you knew that before quoting than after. Roughly how the per-piece price moves as quantity grows:

500

1,000

The way to think about it: a 30-piece run is not the cheapest way to buy garments — it is the cheapest way to find out whether a garment sells. Brands that survive usually test two or three styles small, keep the one the market wants, and scale that into the discounts above. Full numbers are in our 2026 manufacturing cost guide.
Available At 30 Pieces

Everything we make, at the low minimum

Mixing styles: the 30-piece minimum is per style and colourway, not per order. A typical first capsule is two or three styles at 30–50 pieces each — enough to build a small range without warehouse risk. See how to plan a first capsule.
MOQ FAQ

Questions about minimum orders

What is the lowest minimum order for hunting apparel?
Our minimum is 30 pieces per style and colourway. Across the industry most factories quote somewhere between 50 and 300 pieces per style, and larger mills often quote higher, so 30 sits at the low end of what is realistically available for cut-and-sew hunting apparel.
Does 30 pieces mean 30 in total or 30 per size?
30 pieces in total for that style and colour, split across sizes however you want. A typical first order is something like 4 small, 8 medium, 10 large, 6 XL, 2 XXL. You do not need 30 of each size.
How can you accept 30 pieces when other factories cannot?
Three structural reasons: we hold common technical fabrics in stock so a small order never has to clear a fabric mill minimum, our cutting room batches several small orders together instead of dedicating a line to one, and we buy woven labels, hang tags and polybags in bulk for our own use so you get access without a separate supplier minimum.
Is a 30-piece order more expensive per piece?
Yes, and we say so up front. Pattern making, sampling and line setup are fixed costs spread across the order. As a rough guide, 100 pieces lands near 0.85× the 30-piece per-piece price, 500 pieces near 0.72×, and 1,000 pieces near 0.65×. The higher unit cost at 30 pieces buys you a much smaller risk while you find out whether the style sells.
Do I still get my own branding on a 30-piece order?
Yes. Every order is private label regardless of size: your woven neck label, printed care label, hang tag, polybag and artwork. Nothing carries our name, and branding is included rather than charged as an extra.
Can I mix several styles to reach a bigger order?
Yes. The 30-piece minimum applies per style and colourway, not to the whole order. A typical first capsule is two or three styles at 30 to 50 pieces each, which keeps the total investment low while giving you a proper range to sell.
