Overview

Process is the product,
not the paperwork.

Every factory has a six-step process on its website. What separates them is whether the process actually runs — whether the deliverables actually arrive at the dates promised, whether sign-offs are honoured, whether photos really come through during production.

Our process has been running for 5 years and 60+ buyers. Every step has a documented deliverable, every transition has a sign-off, every delay has a written reason. When you place an order with us, you don't get hope — you get a calendar.

And critically: bulk never starts without your written sample approval. Not "we'll proceed unless you object" — your signed sign-off email is the document that releases the cutting room. No exceptions, no shortcuts.

The Six Steps

Each step — documented.
Each gate — signed.

Sampling & Development

Step № 03

Production Sign-Off

You approve the sample in writing. Every spec, every measurement, every trim documented in a sign-off sheet. Bulk cutting cannot begin without this signature — no exceptions.
