Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Options & Incoterms

We offer three primary shipping arrangements. The buyer selects on the purchase order; pricing varies by mode and destination.

Small orders (under 50 kg) typically ship by air courier via DHL or FedEx. Larger orders ship by sea freight ex-Sambrial dry port.

2. Carriers We Use

• Air Express: DHL Express, FedEx International Priority, UPS Worldwide Express
• Air Economy: Aramex, DHL Economy Select
• Ocean LCL / FCL: Maersk, MSC, ONE, Hapag-Lloyd via our freight forwarder partners
• Last-mile (DDP): Local courier networks in destination country, integrated by our DDP partners

3. Transit Lead Times

From dispatch (factory gate or Sambrial dry port) to destination:

Transit times are estimates and exclude customs clearance delays. Holiday seasons (Christmas, Lunar New Year, Ramadan) may add 5–10 days.

4. Customs & Duties

Under FOB and CIF terms, the buyer is responsible for all import duties, GST/VAT, customs clearance fees and any local taxes at the destination country.

Under DDP terms, all duties and taxes are pre-paid by us and included in the quoted price. No additional customs charges will be levied on the buyer.

HS Code: We use HS 6201 / 6203 / 6210 (apparel) on customs declarations. Buyers requiring specific HS codes for tariff reasons should specify this on the PO.

5. Documentation We Provide

With every shipment we provide:

• Commercial Invoice (with HS code, FOB value, country of origin)
• Packing List (carton-by-carton with weights and dimensions)
• Certificate of Origin (chamber-attested where required)
• Bill of Lading (sea freight) or Airway Bill (air)
• EUR.1 form for EU shipments (where applicable for preferential tariff)
• SGS / Intertek inspection certificate (if buyer commissions third-party audit)

6. Tracking

Tracking number is issued the same day the shipment leaves our facility or the Sambrial dry port. We share it via email and WhatsApp.

• UPS: ups.com/track
• Ocean B/L: tracked via shipping line website using B/L number

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

All shipments are insured under our standard cargo policy (or buyer's policy if specified). In the event of damage or loss:

1. Inspect cartons at delivery; note any visible damage on the carrier's POD slip
2. Photograph damaged cartons / goods within 48 hours of receipt
3. Notify us at info@qadrisports.com within 7 days with photographs and carrier POD
4. We file the insurance claim and either replace the goods or refund the affected portion

8. Countries We Ship To

We currently ship to 30+ countries including: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Australia, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Africa, Brazil, Mexico.
